Referrals
A referral to the UND NPCAC must be made by a Law Enforcement official or a county Social Service worker. If you or someone you know is a victim of child abuse, contact your local law enforcement or county social service agency. Any suspicion of the abuse of a child under the age of 18 or a vulnerable adult must be reported to law enforcement or county social services before a forensic interview or forensic medical exam can take place.
